The Cape Cod features the classic style of a house built with front dormers and a prominent front porch. Features include:

- Integrated dormers add space and light inside playhouse (includes fixed windows)
- Two (2) working windows with screens, vinyl shutters and vinyl flower boxes
- Vinyl-clad porch posts & railing; composite decking for porch floor (available in Gray, Chestnut or Red)
- Raised panel wooden child’s Dutch door in front
- Raised panel metal adult door on one side
- Extra wide roof overhangs
- Architectural asphalt roof shingles; roof pitch is 12/12
