Choosing your Building
Most customers will find themselves drawn to a particular style of Garden Building based on size and appearance factors. The custom Garden Buildings — Garden Chalet, Studio, and Bungalow — are available in numerous sizes, and configured, painted and shingled for your specific requirements.
The Benchmark Series Garden Buildings come in specific popular sizes, and are quickly shipped as pre-cut kits in very efficiently sized packages. Since they are built in stock quantities, their prices are lower than custom units. However, they don’t have the numbers of options or size variations.

The Legacy is a great storage shed. here are some features.
■2”x4” pressure-treated floor joist construction with 5/8” decking
■Strong 6’ side walls with 2”x4” studs
■Authentic German style cedar siding – ready for customer supplied paint or stain
■Solid wood double doors – 53”Wx5’10”H opening
■Decorative latch plate with lockable latch on door (includes key)
■Shatter proof vinyl windows in doors
■One large 24”x36” aluminum slider window with screens, vinyl shutters and wooden flower box
■2”x4” roof rafters with 5/8” OSB sheathing (9 pitch roof)
■Two wooden vents in gables
■Unit footprint – 6’6”D x 7’10”W (50 square feet)
