• Rates are currently at 8.99% (subject to change).
• A minimum 15% deposit is required, paid directly to HomePlace Structures.
• There are no hidden fees.  A loan origination fee of $395 will apply only if the loan is approved.
• Your application will be processed within a couple business days.
• Financing is available for residential projects only.

Here's how it works:

1. Obtain a quote from one of our design consultants for the product you wish to purchase.
2. Complete and sign the credit application, then fax it to us at (717) 355-2705.  A blank credit application can be downloaded by clicking here, or you can have an application faxed or emailed to you.
3. HomePlace Structures will contact you with the approval status within a few days.  If approved, you will receive a call from someone in our Finance Department, giving you further details about your loan.
4. A 15% deposit is required to confirm your order, paid directly to HomePlace Structures, per our bank policies.
5. Sign for the loan.  HomePlace Structures then receives payment for your product, and your order is shipped.
